Donna Raffanti

Originating from San Francisco, Donna has enjoyed her new home in Tucson for the last 20 years. She was very excited to meet new people and continue her love of hairstyling. After 30 years of making people feel great with her artistic designs she decided to explore a new venture in 2013.

Donna opened R Hair Salon with the desire to deliver the artists in the beauty industry a comfortable environment to collaborate fashion and art through their individual designs. In 2016, she opened her 2nd salon, Studio B Designs, both of which are in the Village at Sam Hughes. She started with hair services and realized she couldn't stop there. She wanted to provide all types of beauty and pampering services. At that point, R Hair Salon changed to R Salon Day Spa providing our guests everything beauty, including all nail and skincare.

Treating her customers well, including her team, is the most important thing to her. It has been and will continue to be a wonderful journey.

Now after 40 years behind the chair, Donna is putting her shears down and placing her focus on her staff. Afterall, a happy staff makes for happy clients!

Brandee Devaney

Brandee trained in northern California and after four years of struggling and being a single mother, she put her roots down in Tucson. It was the best decision she could have made for her son and her. She has been here performing her amazing artistry for the last 20 years.

She prides herself on her communication skills with thorough consultations. This gift has helped her become a dedicated stylist to her clients. Over the years she has developed a special bond with each and every one of them.

Brandee’s technical training started with extensive color techniques in the Framesi color line. With continued education she has expanded her abilities to use other lines such as Redken and L’Oreal. She is also certified in Brazilian Blowouts. She is the type of hairstylist that maintaining the integrity of the hair is essential. She is a true artist!

Brandee joined forces with us in 2017. With her determination, strength and professionalism, she has shown the ability to expand her career and take it to the next level. In 2020, she became a partner. She has the qualities we look for to bring R Salon and Studio B Designs moving forward. And the journey goes on.
